TERMS OF USE A RENTAL PROPERTY
Terms
Confirmation that the reservation has been accepted is equal to reading and accepting the terms of use a rental property.
A deposit of €150 per apartment is added to each payment. On the day of the client’s arrival at the apartment, a deposit of 150 € payable in cash will be charged by a Comessa employee. This deposit is used to cover any damage caused by the client during his stay. The deposit is returned immediately after the end of the rental period in cash after deducting the equivalent of any damage caused during the client’s stay. For some properties, an additional fee is charged for electricity and additional bedding (upon request). Additional services provided for the customer at the place of stay (e.g. transport to and from the airport, shopping, additional cleaning) are charged extra.
Before the departure, the client should leave the kitchen utensils and equipment tidy and throw away the rubbish (this is not included in the so-called final cleaning).
Only the persons indicated in the contract may stay in the apartment (children are counted as adults, unless extra beds are provided in the apartment).
The person responsible for the keys to the apartment should be immediately informed by the client about possible damages and deficiencies found upon arrival.
The customer should also immediately report any damage caused by the customer during the reservation period. The equivalent of these damages may be deducted from the deposit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. Smoking is only possible on the terrace, unless the owner of the property has specified otherwise.
The client should keep the property in good condition and take care of the rules of good neighborhood, especially during the nighttime silence, which in Spain is valid from 11 pm to 6 am.
The day of arrival means the first day of stay and starts at 15:00, and the day of departure is also the last day of stay and ends at 11:00.
Insurance during the trip and stay in Spain is the responsibility of the client.
Before each departure from the apartment, the guest is required to turn off all electrical appliances (including air conditioning and underfloor heating in the bathroom) and close the doors and all windows in the apartment completely.
Note: in most Spanish properties there are clip-on doors with a handle on the inside only, which can cause the door with the keys in the apartment to slam if you do not pay attention. In this case, it is necessary to visit a Comessa employee to open the apartment with an emergency key set. The cost of this service is 20€.
ONLY, the keys left in the LOCK from the inside prevent the door from opening from the outside. In such cases, if the door is slammed by the customer, it is necessary to call the locksmith – the cost of this service depends on the type of lock and is covered by the customer.
Each additional, unjustified visit of a Comessa employee at the request of guests is charged €20.
When using the air-conditioning, all windows must be closed, otherwise the operation of the unit will not be successful and it may be unregulated.
Your earlier departure, for reasons beyond our control, does not entitle you to a refund for the unused period.
In some apartments there is a possibility to keep animals, such information can be found in the description of the object.
Air-conditioning instructions: the air-conditioning can operate in cooling mode (the panel will show a picture of a snowball), heating mode (sunshine), or the air supply itself.
