Cleaning & Laundry
We employ honest, trustworthy people for cleaning, who we have been working with for a long time. Their advantage is reliability and accuracy. Standard cleaning of a two-bedroom apartment after each guest’s stay takes about three hours. Each time after cleaning, its quality is additionally verified by a supervisor.
All bed linen and towels used during the reservation go to the laundry room where they are washed at the right temperature using professional chemistry and then mangled, which ensures the bedding looks impeccable.
Key Service
You can feel safe by leaving the keys to your property with us. If necessary, at your request, we will check the condition of the property, pick up the correspondence, and during a long absence, we will ventilate the rooms and pour water over the syphons to avoid the appearance of mould and unpleasant smell caused by the lack of ventilation in the Spanish building industry.
In addition, we will contact the appropriate people and provide access to the property in the case of courier services, breakdowns, valuations or the insurer’s visit.
Check In & Out
Check-in/check-out – this term covers much more than just delivering and receiving keys from guests. The first step (after determining the details of the reservation) is to contact the guest in order to determine the means of transport they will use. If it is a plane, we track possible delays based on the flight number. This allows us to accurately estimate the time of guests’ arrival at the apartment, so that they never have to wait for access to the property.
The standard in our company is to charge a returnable deposit when handing over the keys. We also inform our guests about this in advance.
Thanks to such an exchange of information, we leave no room for doubt, which has a significant impact on the comfort of booking.
After the end of the stay at a predetermined time, an employee of Comessa company comes to the property to verify its condition and on this basis return the deposit and collect the keys.
At the request of apartment owners, we also settle the electricity on the basis of the previously installed meter.
Welcome Pack
A set of local products consisting of wine, olives, a bottle of water, cakes and seasonal fruit.
This small but significant gesture will surely influence the first – and most importantly – impression of your guests, who often come to the apartment at late hours, when the surrounding shops are already closed. The basic food products that provide the welcome package are then extremely valuable. Everything included in the package was produced in Spain and is not available in other countries. The fruit in the package comes from the local market straight from the farmers, which ensures the highest quality and taste of the Spanish sun.
Tourist Licence
On behalf of the owner, we apply for a licence necessary for the legal rental of the property. We take care of all the formalities related to this both in the local town hall and in the regional department of tourism.
Organisation of transfer
We can arrange for your guests to be transported from any airport or train station in the region at any time, directly to your apartment door.
Shopping
In addition to the purchase of basic hygienic articles for guests such as hand soap, toilet paper or paper towels, we also offer the purchase of towels and bed linen that are suitable for customized Spanish bed sizes and rental standards. On request, we can also do grocery shopping for the arrival of special guests of the owner.
All purchases are settled on the basis of a receipt, which is scanned by e-mail to the owner.
Photographer
There is a reason why it is said that in the rental offer the most important are the photos of the object. It is true that potential guests pay most attention to the visual aspect of the offer. That’s why it is so important to have well illuminated, good quality photos that fully show the space and potential of the property, without distorting the reality.
The secret of optimal photos for rent is the right balance of what we present in the photo and what the apartment actually looks like. By disturbing this balance and taking blurred, underexposed photos we will not show the right quality. But by exaggerating with the lighting of the photos or using lenses with too wide angle we can expose ourselves to the disappointment of the visitors and negative ratings in the booking services.
