RESERVATION OF RENTAL PROPERTY

How to reserve a property

After finding the apartment you are interested in, please send an e-mail to the address: rezerwacje(at)comessa.pl in the content of the message specifying the date of arrival and departure, as well as the number of guests.  

If you have any questions about additional requirements or details of the property, we are at your disposal.

If the property is available at the given date in the next message you will receive further information about the rental including the exact price.

After receiving a deposit of 20%, the apartment is booked and the rental details will be sent to the e-mail address provided during booking.

Confirmation of the reservation is equivalent to reading and accepting the terms of use the rental property.

General conditions of rental

  • Reservations can only be made over the Internet;
  • After making the reservation, the customer receives a confirmation of the reservation and the reservation contract by e-mail;
  • The minimum booking period is 5 days. In case of a shorter booking, a service fee of €50 will be added;
  • In order to book the apartment, a 20% service fee must be paid to the account of the apartment owner (given in the e-mail) within 5 days. Payment of 80% of the remaining amount must be made 14 days before the first day of stay at the latest;
  • In case of booking less than 14 days before the first day of stay the whole amount is due immediately;
  • In case the client does not make the payment within 5 days from the confirmation of the reservation, Comessa reserves the right to reserve it for another client;
  • On the day of the client’s arrival at the apartment, a deposit of €150 in cash will be charged by a Comessa employee when handing over the keys. This deposit is used to cover any damage caused by the client during his stay. If there were no such damages, the deposit is returned immediately after the end of the rental period;
  • The day of arrival means the first day of the stay and starts at 15:00 and the day of departure is also the last day of the stay and ends at 11:00;
  • The cost of final cleaning is added to the apartment rental price. Electricity, water, gas, internet are included in the rental price;

For some properties, an additional fee is charged for exceeding the pre-established electricity limit and for additional bedding (upon request). Additional services provided for the client at the place of stay (e.g. transport to and from the airport, shopping, additional cleaning) are charged extra.

  • Prices are given in EURO currency;
  • The customer has the possibility to report the change of names of one or all guests at any time in writing – such change is free of charge;
  • Only the number of persons indicated in the contract may stay in the facility (children are counted as adults, unless extra beds are provided in the facility).
  • The client should maintain the facility in a proper condition and take care to observe the principles of good neighborhood.
  • Before departure, the client should leave the equipment and kitchen utensils tidied up and take out the rubbish (this is not included in the so-called cleaning).
  • The person responsible for the keys should be immediately informed by the client about any damage and deficiencies found upon arrival.
  • The customer should also report any damage caused by them during their stay. The equivalent of these damages may be deducted from the deposit.
