A comfortable 25 m2 studio, located in the Vinamar III complex with a large swimming pool, in the La Mata district, known for its beautiful, sandy, long and wide beaches. The studio is located on the ground floor, large windows right next to the entrance provide good lighting throughout the day. In long summer evenings we can sit in a separate dining area from where we have a view of the pool, which at night is illuminated and the inner courtyard with rich vegetation. The living room will provide a cosy resting area every day thanks to a comfortable sofa bed, which after being unfolded will serve as a bed for 2 people. In addition, right next door there is a large 180cm wide fold-out bed, offering plenty of space for another 2 people. The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary household utensils and spacious cabinets. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. The studio has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and wi-fi.

In the area there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, various types of service points, and after just a few minutes’ walk you will find yourself on the beach or the La Mata promenade.
