Pinada Beach IV building is located on the seaside between the city and the “wild”, the most beautiful sandy beach in the area, surrounded by dunes and coniferous forest with a length of several kilometres. It is certainly a real treat for fans of long walks along the sea shore.

On the roof of the building there is a huge terrace at the disposal of guests with a breathtaking view of the sea. Within the premises, which are fenced off from strangers, there are two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children. Guests are also provided with a parking space in the underground garage. The local microclimate is created by the combination of the sea and two lakes (with the possibility of mud health baths). In the area there is many of all kinds of bars, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.

The area of 90 m² consists of:
– a bright living room with dining area and sofa bed for 2 people and direct access to a large terrace;
– a separate, functional and fully equipped kitchen with an annex facing the inner courtyard
– two large bedrooms, equipped with deep wardrobes and comfortable beds; in the first one a double bed, in the second two single beds
– two bathrooms with showers.
